30-Days Mask Assurance Program

If you feel there are significant issues with your mask, we offer a 30-Day Mask Assurance Program where we can replace your mask with a different size or type. Please read the following details carefully:

• The exchange request must be made within 30 days from the date of your original purchase.
• You are responsible for shipping both ways and returning your current mask back to us. To ensure a smooth return and exchange process, we kindly request that you ship the product back to us at the following address - 

• To exchange your mask for one with a higher cost, you will have to cover the difference while selecting the new mask.
• Mask exchange can be performed maximum two times per customer.
