  • Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.
  • We utilize Canada Post for all shipments.
  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, as Canada Post does not operate on weekends.

Processing Time:

  • Orders typically require 1-3 business days to process. Processing times may vary based on order volume.

Special Requirements for CPAP Machines:

  • Shipment of all CPAP machines necessitates a valid prescription. Please refer to our Prescription Policy for details on submitting prescriptions.

Order Tracking:

  • Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email notification from us.
  • This email will include a tracking number for monitoring your shipment's progress.
  • Please allow 1 to 3 days for tracking information to become available. If you do not receive your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@yourcpapshop.com.
